I feel privileged to be an elected board member of the False Creek Community Centre since 2004. The most rewarding and heartfelt moment has been the Christmas Celebrating Party. The President of the False Creek Community Centre Association and the community centre staff have formed a great tradition of celebrating Christmas:

They always set the venue at the traditional and elegant Dockside Restaurant in the Granville Island Hotel. Board members and their guests were warmly welcomed. Board members all felt greatly appreciated.

Thanks to the President of the board and the False Creek Community Centre staff for a great job all year and a wonderful banquet.
